Job Title: Market Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Analyst to join our team at W&W-Gruppe. As a Market Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and analyzing market data, trends, and potentials in the financial market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the financial market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product management, and company management
  • Prepare and present market and competitor analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans
  • Work closely with departments to ensure quality control of committee documents
  • Prepare and create presentations for internal and external events

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in business or economics, preferably with a focus on finance
  • Several years of industry experience in a financial services company, similar regulated environment, or consulting firm
  • Knowledge of savings and real estate financing products is a plus
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with strategic vision
  • Team player with high performance, assertiveness, and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills with different target groups
  • Proficient in MS Office
