As a Solar DC Installation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of solar energy installations. Your expertise will guide the training and development of aspiring solar DC installers, ensuring high standards and quality assurance in every project.
Key Responsibilities- Training Development: Lead the creation and enhancement of training materials and curriculum for new solar DC installers.
- Quality Assurance: Review completed solar DC installations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Instruction Delivery: Teach essential skills to new solar DC installers in both a classroom setting and on-the-job environments.
- Technical Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to our DC installers, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality project standards.
- Installation Leadership: Conduct select solar DC installations as a foreman, demonstrating best practices and techniques.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a roofer with a strong background in photovoltaic systems.
- Preferably, completion of an apprenticeship as a roofer or a master roofer certification.
- A genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and developing new talent in the solar industry.
- Strong passion for education and workforce development in climate trades.
- Proficient in German (B2+) and English (B2/C1).
