The Future Job Institute is committed to developing skilled workers in the commercial-technical sector and fostering innovation in the field of renewable energies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and assemble photovoltaic systems, including the substructure, solar panels, and direct current cabling
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and well-coordinated solar installation team based on mutual respect and trust
  • Work in a variety of locations within your place of residence, with a diverse and challenging work environment
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary, with on-the-job training provided
  • Residency in Germany
  • No fear of heights and good physical condition to work on roofs
  • Proficiency in German language, at least A2 level
