Your Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our healthcare teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience across multiple Sana locations.
  • Design and execute recruitment campaigns using candidate personas, leveraging social media and other channels to reach our target audience.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment tools and technologies, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision making in our recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with medical and management staff, as well as colleagues in the People & Culture department, to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain professional networks, talent pools, and relationships through active relationship management.
  • Assist with additional tasks in the People & Culture department as needed.


Your Profile


  • Hold a relevant university degree.
  • Bring extensive experience in recruitment or active sourcing in a dynamic work environment.
  • Have excellent knowledge of modern recruitment tools and technologies, with a passion for data-driven recruitment and analytics.
  • Be open to industry trends in People & Culture and enjoy networking within the company to drive collective recruitment development.
  • Exhibit strong communication and social skills, reliability, and organizational talent, combined with teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
