Our mission is to provide 'zero waste solutions' to our customers, advising over 20,000 businesses across Europe on sustainable use of recyclable materials. This approach enhances their sustainability performance and conserves primary resources.
With a workforce of over 2,000 employees, we generated sales exceeding one billion euros in 2021.
Drive Strategic HR InnovationAs the Head of HR, you will lead the development of HR strategies, including change management and talent acquisition. Your role will shape the future of HR at Interzero.
You will support our mission by advancing efforts that saved 8.
Lead a High-Impact HR TeamYou will lead and manage a team of highly motivated HR professionals, driving excellence and achieving company goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's vision of achieving Zero Waste Solutions
- HR Process Development and Compliance: Further developing HR processes and ensuring timely, legally compliant operational HR work
- Overseeing payroll operations and driving the digitization of the HR system landscape
- Acting as a solution-oriented and trustworthy business partner to management and executives
- Advising and supporting on all HR-related issues and designing relevant HR measures
- Monitoring and analyzing HR key figures and deriving appropriate measures with executives
A degree in economics, law, social sciences, human resources, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Significant management experience (typically around 10 years) in a similar role within an innovative and long-term-oriented entrepreneurial environment is required.
HR generalist with extensive knowledge of modern HR instruments, processes, tools, and IT systems.
Strong background in change management and organizational development.
Capable of leading and supporting teams through change processes.
Proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively with our international teams and stakeholders.
