- Our ideal candidate will have sound professional experience in Technical Facility Management, preferably in the commercial real estate sector.

- As a Technical Facility Manager, you will be responsible for operating building technical systems in collaboration with the object manager.
- Key responsibilities include organizing, controlling, and independently carrying out maintenance and repair work on building technical systems in a shopping center.
- You will also be responsible for handling tenant complaints, coordinating/monitoring subcontractors, and serving as the primary on-site contact for our customers for day-to-day operations.
- Maintenance of reporting in collaboration with the object manager (monthly/quarterly report) is also a key responsibility.
