Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Shift Manager to join our team at ID Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our logistics center in Kleinostheim, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, including the creation of schedules and the issuance of documents.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and machinery within the logistics center.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize logistics processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed commercial or logistics training.
  • Experience: First leadership experience in a similar position within logistics.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with WMS systems.
  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
  • Soft Skills: High social competence, communication skills, reliability, and teamwork ability.
  • Work Style: Structured and independent work style, business thinking, and high level of commitment.
