ID Logistics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Shift Leader to oversee daily operations at our Kleinostheim facility.

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from managing personnel schedules to monitoring equipment performance and upholding strict adherence to established procedures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and supervision to logistics staff throughout their shifts, focusing on key performance indicators and productivity targets.
• Develop and implement efficient attendance schedules, effectively manage vacation requests, and ensure optimal team coverage.
• Conduct regular inspections of department tools and equipment, identifying any maintenance needs and ensuring proper functionality.
• Champion the implementation and adherence to standardized processes, promoting consistency and accuracy across all operations.

Your Qualifications:

• Possess a completed commercial or logistical apprenticeship, demonstrating a solid foundation in logistics principles.
• Bring proven leadership experience within a similar logistics environment, showcasing your ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing WMS systems, leveraging technology to optimize operational efficiency.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in both German and English, enabling clear and concise interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Maintain flexibility and availability for shift work, encompassing morning, evening, and night shifts.
