Business Analysis Associate

Finance in Motion is a global impact asset manager dedicated to sustainable development in low and middle-income countries. Our mission is to unleash capital for positive change, and we're seeking a talented Business Analysis Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Support business teams in delivering high-quality solutions, working pragmatically to meet deadlines.
- Participate in project planning, defining and managing business requirements, and coordinating UAT.
- Conduct market analysis, support 'build or buy' decisions, and contribute to the development of training materials.
- Lead a constructive dialogue among business analysts to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities, supporting projects that add value to the company.
- Own, maintain, and improve BA processes, procedures, and tools, supporting internal and external trainings, and contributing to the strategic function of the BA Forum.
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst in financial or similar sectors, with previous Product Owner experience a plus.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, with SCRUM experience highly valued.
- Knowledge of cost/benefit analysis, build or buy decisions, and business impact analysis.
- Familiarity with MS apps such as SharePoint, Teams, and Azure DevOps, with Power Platform/Automate knowledge a big advantage.
- Advanced user of BA tools such as mock-up builders and process designers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, self-motivating attitude, with a team-player mindset.
- Very good interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English, and German an advantage.
