Job SummaryWe are seeking a Business Analysis Associate to join our IT department in Frankfurt. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in further automating and optimizing business processes through robust software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships between IT and business units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Support business teams in delivering high-quality solutions, prioritizing speed and quality.
- Participate in project management, defining and managing business requirements, and coordinating UAT.
- Contribute to the development of training and communication materials for system users.
- Lead a constructive dialogue among business analysts to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities, supporting projects that add the most value to the company.
- Own, maintain, and continuously improve BA processes, procedures, and tools, supporting internal and external trainings, and contributing to the strategic function of the BA Forum.
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst in financial or similar sectors, with previous Product Owner experience being a plus.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, with SCRUM experience being a significant advantage.
- Experience in cost/benefit analysis, build or buy decisions, and business impact analysis.
- Familiarity with MS apps such as SharePoint, Teams, and Azure DevOps, with knowledge of Power Platform/Automate being a big plus.
- Advanced user of BA tools such as mock-up builders and process designers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, self-motivating attitude, with a team-player mindset.
- Very good interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English, and German being an advantage.
