About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a Technical Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our customers and service technicians on the installation and commissioning of our adhesive bonding and fastening solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers and service technicians on the installation and commissioning of our adhesive bonding and fastening solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new solutions and technologies.
- Conduct error analyses and optimize application and customer processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Participate in internal change management and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Completed technical education in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
- Initial professional experience in customer service for mechatronic systems, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Good knowledge of microcontrollers, control technology, data transfer, and communication systems, including fieldbus systems.
- Excellent organizational and social skills, with the ability to assert yourself.
- Independent and structured working style, combined with a high degree of customer and service orientation.
- High level of commitment and dedication, including worldwide travel and temporary weekend work.
- Ability to communicate and convey technical aspects in English.
