About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Expert to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers with installations and commissioning, providing active guidance to service technicians, and consulting on integration phases and interface processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support on customer sites for installations and commissioning
  • Guide service technicians on-site to ensure seamless execution
  • Consult on integration phases and handshake processes for industrial systems
  • Support the integration phase of required software interfaces
  • Analyze errors and optimize application and customer processes
  • Consult on process development, project documentation, and internal documentation
  • Collaborate on internal change management initiatives

Requirements:

  • Completed technical education in electrical engineering or mechatronics
  • Initial professional experience in customer service for mechatronic systems, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, control technology, data transfer, and communication systems, including fieldbus systems
  • Excellent organizational and social skills, with the ability to assert yourself
  • Independent and structured working style, combined with a high degree of customer and service orientation
  • High level of commitment and dedication, including worldwide travel and temporary weekend work
  • Ability to communicate and convey technical aspects in English
