Key Responsibilities
As a Regional ACES Manager, you will serve as the ACES business partner for Site Leads and Senior Operations Managers.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, productivity, quality, and safety through the standardization and enhancement of operational processes at the regional level, which align with country-level strategies while paying close attention to site-specific details through your team.
Key responsibilities encompass:
(i) Managing Station ACES Managers and Field Quality Assurance Specialists;
(ii) Developing strategic and tactical plans through effective stakeholder management across cross-functional and regional teams;
(iii) Overseeing performance management of ACES objectives within your region.
Your focus will be on monitoring data and KPIs on a daily and weekly basis to track trends.
You will be tasked with identifying trends within your region and formulating a mid-term strategy to implement actions and solutions at scale.
Strategic focus, reporting, and action plans are critical activities for regional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Basic Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Operational experience
- Demonstrated success in engaging senior stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Experience in program management, customer research, analytics, and/or customer experience/success
- Fluency in German and English
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: You pay close attention to detail and coordinate with the right stakeholders to ensure data availability. You drive teams to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You are enthusiastic about discovering new opportunities, developing ideas independently, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Business acumen: You deliver results that are crucial for the organization and can influence other stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) with experience in facilitating discussions across all levels; adept at addressing both large and small audiences across various leadership levels and functions.
