Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Media group's engineering efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a talented team of full stack engineers and driving the development of our omnichannel retail media portal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of 5 full stack engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  • Design and architect enterprise applications based on microservices, leveraging your expertise in.NET Core, React/JS, and Google Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop solutions to complex problems, ensuring standards are met and best practices are adhered to.
  • Develop and deploy complex applications, components, software, platforms, or services that are used at scale, contributing to significant performance or business value.
  • Manage internal and external technical stakeholders, including product owners, commercial and business stakeholders, and product consumers.
  • Ensure the team has the skills and training needed to succeed, protecting our team by managing risk effectively and providing visible and consistent leadership on Values and Code of Business Conduct.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing high-performing Agile software engineering teams in a fast-changing environment.
  • Deep expertise in designing and architecting enterprise applications based on microservices.
  • Solid full-stack programming experience in both frontend technologies using JavaScript/React and backend technologies using.NET/C#.
  • Experience with Google Cloud is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire engineers throughout the organization.
