Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Manager SAP Security (m/f/d). This role is pivotal in overseeing the 'Authorization Management' function across all Vishay SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional area of Authorization Management for all SAP systems within the organization.
- Manage and direct the team responsible for area authorizations.
- Conduct conference calls and facilitate group meetings.
- Develop and implement operating instructions and guidelines.
- Formulate and standardize authorization rules applicable to all SAP systems.
- Oversee, review, and process authorization requests.
- Plan resources effectively for team members.
- Create and modify new authorization roles as necessary.
- Collaborate on and lead SAP projects related to authorization.
- Provide support for all SAP-related audits.
- Conduct internal training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational and technical documentation capabilities.
- Expertise in SAP Authorization.
- Experience as an SAP Security Administrator with SAP ERP, SAP BW on HANA, SAP BO, and SAP SCM.
- Solid foundation in authorization analysis and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven international leadership experience.
- Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.
