Für eine langfristige Anstellung im Bereich der direkten Personalvermittlung wird eine engagierte und selbstständige administrative Unterstützung in Vollzeit gesucht. Aufgaben:
  • Koordination sämtlicher administrativer Abläufe im Büro
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten in verschiedenen Abteilungen, einschließlich Personalmanagement
  • Durchführung von Bestellungen und Buchung des Wareneingangs
  • Organisation von Dienstreisen sowie interne und externe Kommunikation
  • Überprüfung und Weiterleitung von Rechnungen im Büro
Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement
  • Erfahrung in einer Assistenz- oder Sekretariatsposition
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
