Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Agent to support our sales team in providing top-notch customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consultation and support to customers, ensuring a high level of quality awareness and satisfaction.
- Handle product inquiries, send offers and quotes, and follow up via email and phone to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Proactively communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve delivery delays or other issues related to orders.
- Collaborate closely with our technical team on cross-project topics and the launch of new products/features.
- Collect and share common customer concerns for our FAQ section.
- At least one year of work experience in a sales role, preferably on the phone, or relevant experience in ecommerce, customer service, or consultation.
- Native or C2 English language skills.
- German and/or Spanish language skills are a plus but not a strict requirement.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn about our products and tools.
- Experience in consulting for industrial or complex products is a significant advantage.
- Organized, team-oriented, and reliable work ethic, with a strong desire to make customers happy.
We offer flexibility to work from anywhere in the world for up to 6 months a year, as long as you have a quiet work environment and a stable internet connection.
