Für die Klinik für Neurologie mit Institut für Translationale Neurologie und den Bereich IT des Universitätsklinikums Münster (UKM) suchen wir eine engagierte Person für die Position als

Bioinformatiker (gn*) / Data Scientist (gn*) / IT-Projektmanager (gn*) im Body & Brain Institute

in Vollzeit mit 38,5 Wochenstunden
Vergütung nach Qualifikation und Aufgabenübertragung nach TV-L 13

Wir suchen Unterstützung beim Aufbau der IT-Infrastruktur des neu gegründeten Body&Brain Instituts Münster (BBIM). Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst die Durchführung bioinformatischer Analysen sowie die Verwaltung der lokalen IT-Systeme. Diese Position erfordert sowohl technisches Know-how als auch hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, da Sie mit verschiedenen Akteuren zusammenarbeiten werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern (z. B. Mitarbeitende, externe Partner)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Teammitgliedern und dem Management sowie technische Unterstützung des interdisziplinären Teams
  • Einrichtung und Wartung von Datenservern und Datenerfassungstools
  • Installation und Verwaltung von moderner Analysesoftware für komplexe biologische Datensätze (z. B. scRNAseq, Durchflusszytometrie)
  • Statistische Analyse multimodaler medizinischer und biologischer Daten
Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
  • Ein Bachelor-Abschluss oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Bereichen Informationstechnologie, Informatik oder einem verwandten naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
  • Idealerweise ein Master-Abschluss in (Bio-)Informatik oder verwandten (Natur-)Wissenschaften
  • Erfahrung als Projektmanager in einem technischen oder medizinischen Umfeld (z. B. IT-Infrastruktur, medizinische Datenverwaltung)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Data Science (Python und/oder R)
  • Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher oder englischer Sprache
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im IT-bezogenen oder medizinischen Projektmanagement, in der Softwareentwicklung oder Data Science
  • Umgang mit biologischen oder medizinischen Daten
  • Die Bereitschaft, als Change Agent in einer komplexen Organisation zu agieren
