Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the procurement and initiation of facility services
  • Managing purchasing activities effectively
  • Negotiating terms with suppliers and service providers annually
  • Facilitating tendering processes
  • Collaborating with procurement departments
  • Implementing effective supplier management strategies
  • Assisting in budget formulation and financial oversight
  • Identifying opportunities for cost reduction

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in commercial or facilities management
  • Fundamental understanding of project management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP, and procurement software
  • Demonstrated negotiation capabilities
  • Experience in contract administration is advantageous

  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
