- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to market introduction, encompassing design, development, testing, and manufacturing.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory developments to proactively refine product strategies.
- Provide insights through competitive intelligence reports and collaborate with business teams for product planning.
- Conduct performance evaluations of products in accordance with local standards and customer expectations.
- Lead product compliance and certification initiatives.
- Assist in commercialization activities, including onboarding new clients, training sessions, trade shows, and other promotional events.
- Engage actively in strategic planning for products and technology.
- Foster external R&D partnerships to explore innovative product opportunities.
- Oversee the operations of the cooktop testing laboratory.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience.
- Have over 7 years of technical experience in the kitchen cooktop sector or a related field.
- Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Exhibit a proven ability to lead cross-functional and culturally diverse teams in a results-driven environment.
- Possess knowledge of the EU regulatory landscape for kitchen appliances.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape within Europe.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% as required for business purposes.
