Product Manager for Flow-in

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our downdraft induction cooktops for the European market. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for driving product development, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with local standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies to meet European customer needs and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, testing, and production
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product design, development, testing, and production
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust product strategies
- Provide regular reports on competitive intelligence research activities and work with business teams to plan products accordingly
- Conduct product performance tests as per local standards and/or requirements of customers
- Lead and/or facilitate product compliance and certification processes
- Support commercialisation efforts, including new customer onboarding, trainings, expos, and other events
- Participate actively in product and technology strategic planning
- Drive external R&D collaboration to explore disruptive product innovation opportunities
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent related experience
- 7+ years' technical experience in kitchen cooktop or related industry
- 3+ years' experience in product management or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional, cross-cultural teams in an inclusive, results-oriented manner
- Knowledge of EU kitchen appliance regulatory environment
- Knowledge database of competitive landscape of Europe
- Proficient in English
- Up to 25% domestic/international travel as required by business needs for attendance at trade shows, client meetings, etc.
