Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our team in Stuttgart. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership and driving business growth through effective coordination and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our leadership team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management
  • Coordinate and organize business development activities, including meetings, events, and presentations
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including CRM systems
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve business efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, including business leaders and clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in a business development or administrative role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
