Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to address complex business issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using Python/Django and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to functional requirements.
  • Debugging and Optimization: Debug and optimize existing and new code for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Code Integrity: Maintain code integrity and organization.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python/Django and other relevant technologies.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, German is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with databases, web servers, and UI/UX design is a plus.
