Job Title: Quality Process Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Process Engineering Manager to join our team at Airbus Helicopters. As a key member of our Aviation Safety & Quality Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital transformation journey.

About the Role:

As a Quality Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for assisting quality product owners in their daily activities, suggesting and creating quality IT solutions, collaborating with quality methods and tools, and moderating business user workshops. You will also provide user IT tool support and train employees in aviation safety quality methods and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist quality product owners in project management, specification, meeting animation, and other activities
  • Suggest, create, learn, correct, and support current quality IT solutions
  • Collaborate with quality methods and tools on product definition and implementation
  • Moderate business user workshops and formulate results
  • Provide user IT tool support and train employees in aviation safety quality methods and tools
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in quality management and information systems (or related field)
  • Aeronautical knowledge and experience with internal audits and reporting systems
  • Attentive and customer-oriented, open-minded and autonomous personality
  • Ability to work in complex situations and experience in project and workshop management
  • Knowledge of SAP and Agile methodology (an advantage)
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
