Quality Process Engineering Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Process Engineering Manager to join our team at Airbus Helicopters. As a key member of our Aviation Safety & Quality Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Quality product owners in their daily activities, including project management, specification, and meeting animation.
  • Suggest, create, learn, correct, and support current Quality IT solutions, collaborating with Airbus Group Methods & Tools.
  • Collaborate with Quality Methods & Tools on product definition and implementation, team goals, and performance evaluation.
  • Moderate business user workshops and formulate results.
  • Train employees in Aviation Safety Quality Methods & Tools, focusing on our current Quality operational IT tool (notably on SAP environment).
  • Provide user IT tool support, including front office, local assistance, and key users animation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree, preferably with a specialization in quality management and information systems.
  • Aeronautical knowledge and experience with internal audits and reporting systems.
  • Attentive and customer-oriented, with an open-minded and autonomous personality.
  • Ability to work in complex situations and experience in project and workshop management, as well as knowledge of change management and lean tools.
  • First knowledge of SAP and Agile methodology is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, with German being a plus.
