Arendt Regulatory & Consulting S.A. is a Luxembourg-based advisory company that provides risk and compliance, business, fraud investigation, and regulatory advisory services to an international client base across multiple industries. Our team is composed of professionals with strong backgrounds in consultancy and industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - Investment Fund Distribution to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing fund registration and post-registration services in jurisdictions across Europe, Asia, and Latin America for UCITS and AIFs;
  • Assisting promoters in analyzing their distribution model to anticipate marketing strategies and regulatory hurdles;
  • Maintaining active communication with clients and the team to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction;
  • Participating in employees' training and coaching on distribution matters.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, or Law;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position or a relevant experience in the Luxembourg fund industry;
  • A strong knowledge of investment fund regulations;
  • Fluency in both written and oral French and English, with German considered an advantage;
  • A proactive, well-organized, and rigorous approach to work;
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
