Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC) is a leading regulatory consulting firm in Luxembourg, offering a wide range of services to clients across multiple industries. We are currently seeking a Junior Consultant - Investment Funds Distribution to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the registration and post-registration of investment funds in various jurisdictions;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting and publication;
  • Supporting the preparation of notification files and communications to regulators;
  • Maintaining registration obligations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of investment fund regulations and compliance;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Fluency in English, with French and German being an advantage;
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
