**SUMMARY /BASIC FUNCTIONS**:
To Provide support to Grupo Carso with Procurement and Logistics at the best market conditions obtained.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Implement effective sales, marketing, pricing and distribution programs.
- Make technical presentations and demonstration on how product meets customer needs.
- Prepare, negotiate and recommend actions on customer quotations or product needs.
- Coordinate with the internal customers for issues of product specifications, customer requirements, performance, lead times, and quality.
- Research and evaluate markets for new and existing products.
- Compile data for new product concepts and entry into new markets.
- In coordination with the international organization, develop pre and post sales support materials.
- In coordination with the international organization, plan and participate in trade shows and other promotional events.
- In coordination with the international organization, create and propose strategies to develop and improve marketing, sales, and distribution operations.
- Interact with Department and Plant Manager, Quality Manager, and Materials Manager to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company policies.
- The position requires approximately 50% travel.
- Any other duty or responsibilities may be assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economical or Engineering(electrical, electronic, mechanical, industrial) or related field
- Two (2) years’ experience in Mechanical or Electrical Design, Sales, and/or Quality Engineering in Automotive Sector.
- Two (2) years of engineering (Sales or Quality) experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills

**COMPUTER SKILLS**:
**OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Multilingual - Read and write English, Spanish and German fluently.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to plan, organize, and effectively present ideas and concepts to groups
- Ability to assimilate information from a variety of sources, analyze information, and recommend courses of action to be taken.
- Negotiation and problem-resolution ability.
- Ability to function in an international environment.
