Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee all ongoing and upcoming projects from the point of approval. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to optimize contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for all ongoing and upcoming projects from the point of approval
  • Early evaluation of implications of regulatory requirements on the construction phase and optimization of contracts
  • Coordination of all projects after approval and coordination of trades for project implementation
  • Development of demolition concepts in collaboration with technical departments
  • Ensuring processes are in line with the Stage Gate System
  • Regular project meetings with relevant departments
  • Budget and construction time responsibility
  • Transition of projects after handover to operations
Requirements
  • Completed studies in engineering or a related field or equivalent qualification
  • Deep knowledge of construction processes in the wind energy sector
  • Experience in multiproject management
  • Understanding of commercial and legal aspects
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
  • Structured and organized working style
  • Willingness to travel
  • Class B driving license
