Key Responsibilities
As a working student within the Physical Security Operations team, you will be instrumental in providing essential support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with administrative tasks to facilitate the Operations team
- Managing the ticketing system and workflow tools for security-related activities
- Maintaining internal communication platforms, such as SharePoint
- Conducting checks related to supplier matters, including invoicing, orders, and assessments
Qualifications
You should be a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences, with the following qualifications:
- Enrollment in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration or Safety and Security Management
- Proficient in both written and spoken business communication in English and German, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders
- Competent in using MS Office tools
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to learn quickly, work independently, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- Previous internship experience is advantageous

About Your Team
The SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance (SGSC) team plays a vital role in safeguarding SAP's reputation by ensuring trust in data and protecting our people and assets. Within SGSC, the Global Physical Security department is dedicated to protecting SAP's personnel, facilities, data, and other critical assets. The Physical Security team in Germany collaborates with key internal partners and external service providers to uphold the interests of SAP's stakeholders, ensuring the safety and integrity of our operations.
