  • Deine Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft ist gefragt
  • Deine Unterstützung bei der Datenerhebung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Deine Kreativität und dein Talent bei der Ausarbeitung von Präsentationen
  • Deine Mitwirkung bei der konzeptionellen Ausarbeitung und Optimierung der internen Prozesse
  • Deine Unterstützung bei Projekten und deine Einbindung in People Themen
Deine Voraussetzungen

Um diese Herausforderung zu meistern, benötigst du:

  • Mindestens das 3. Semester
  • Ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftspsychologie mit Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Ein gutes Verständnis von MS Office
  • Ein analytisches Denkvermögen und Affinität zu Zahlen
  • Starke Kommunikationsskills und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
