About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Schieffer GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating the full talent acquisition process, from staffing needs to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Management

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.

  • HR Support and Advice

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including labor relations, employee development, and work-life balance.

  • Process Improvement

Collaborate with the HR team to enhance internal processes and tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.

  • Project Participation

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, driving business growth and employee engagement.

  • Staffing and Development

Implement staffing measures in alignment with departmental needs, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.

Requirements
  • Background in HR or a related field
  • Several years of relevant experience in HR management
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Experience with payroll processes and employee benefits
  • Fluency in English
