HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding. They will also provide guidance and support to our employees and management team on HR-related matters, including labor law and regulations.

• Recruitment

The HR Generalist will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions

• Employee Support

The HR Generalist will provide:

• Guidance and support to employees and management team on HR-related matters, including labor law and regulations
• Advice on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution

• Process Improvement

The HR Generalist will:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for process improvement

• Strategic Partnerships

The HR Generalist will:

• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and vendors
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies

• Commercial or business administration degree with a focus on HR or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of labor law and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
