About You Trainee Program

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Trainee Program as a Project Management Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in the fast-paced and international scale-up environment of About You.

Responsibilities
  • Accompany, lead, and coordinate various strategic and operational projects in 3-4 of our departments.
  • Develop and refine project management skills, building a solid foundation for your career.
  • Gain deep expertise in supply chain management, account management, and inventory management.
  • Build a large network in the About You world by collaborating with various teams.
Requirements
  • Graduate in business administration, international business, management, logistics, or comparable courses of study with above-average results.
  • Practical experience in supply chain management, marketplace programs, or inventory management in a retail and/or e-commerce environment is desirable.
  • Very good analytical skills with a hands-on mentality and creative way of thinking.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • High degree of motivation to drive topics forward.
  • Fast comprehension and structured way of working.
  • Very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and large amounts of data.
