Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at GIP. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care to adult patients in their homes
• Support new patient teams during the onboarding process
• Assist existing care teams during periods of staff shortages
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Deliver basic and therapeutic care
• Administer rehabilitation services and social support
• Accompany patients in their daily lives and, upon agreement with healthcare professionals, even during their vacations

Requirements:

• Qualifications as a registered nurse or equivalent
• Interest in providing care to patients with various intensive care needs
• High level of nursing and social skills
• Flexibility and high travel readiness
• Desirable: experience in out-of-hospital intensive care or respiratory care
