Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger to join our team at GIP. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care to adult patients in their homes
• Support new patient teams during the onboarding process
• Assist existing care teams during periods of staff shortages
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Deliver basic and therapeutic care to patients
• Conduct rehabilitation activities and provide social support to patients
• Accompany patients in their daily lives and, upon request, during their vacations

Requirements:

• Qualifications as a registered healthcare professional or equivalent
• Interest in providing care to patients with intensive care needs
• High level of clinical and social competence
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Desirable: experience in out-of-hospital intensive care or respiratory care
