Role Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Program Manager to become a vital part of our expanding Global Imaging team. In this position, you will act as the primary liaison for our local teams, adeptly navigating and resolving intricate challenges while supporting a diverse array of imaging projects across Wolt's international landscape. Your primary focus will be on driving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and data-centric initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of solutions and demonstrating their impact through thorough data analysis. You will work autonomously to achieve results and influence various teams, with minimal travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- KPI Development and Management: Formulate, own, and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in alignment with overarching business goals.
- Process Documentation and Management: Create, implement, and ensure compliance with operational playbooks and processes.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly updates on KPIs and OKRs.
- New Initiatives: Take charge of imaging for new business verticals and country expansions.
- Training and Communication: Develop and execute training materials for imaging tools and procedures, along with communication strategies for new process and tool implementations.
- Local Team Collaboration: Work alongside local teams and external partners to plan and execute imaging projects.
- Style Guide Oversight: Update and create style guides and playbooks, ensuring consistent quality across all outputs.
- Vendor Engagement: Collaborate directly with third-party vendors to meet imaging requirements and assess vendor performance.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct spot checks in local markets to ensure images adhere to quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience managing complex, company-wide programs.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of working across multiple teams and disciplines, preferably in international contexts.
- Proficiency in tools such as Looker, Slack, and Google Drive.
- Ability to create and analyze operational performance metrics.
- Demonstrated capability to influence teams and organize information effectively.
