Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Mitarbeiter/in für die Position: Automotive Project Coordinator (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben:- Übernahme der fachlichen Verantwortung für das Projektteam innerhalb einer Matrixstruktur, fungierend als zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle Projektbeteiligten.
- Leitung des internationalen Projektteams über verschiedene Standorte hinweg, einschließlich Zieldefinition und Ressourcenmanagement.
- Festlegung von Projektmeilensteinen zur Sicherstellung des Fortschritts.
- Koordination, Steuerung und Überwachung aller projektbezogenen Aktivitäten.
- Gewährleistung der Erreichung der Projektziele in Bezug auf Budget, Anforderungen und Zeitrahmen.
- Festlegung von Verantwortlichkeiten, Rollen und Aufgaben im Rahmen der Projekte.
- Einleitung notwendiger Maßnahmen bei Risiken oder Abweichungen von der genehmigten Projektbasis.
- Durchführung der Projekte unter Berücksichtigung bestehender Unternehmensprozesse, einschließlich Entwicklungs-, Projekt-, Änderungs-, Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Datenmanagement sowie relevanter Automotive-Normen.
- Entwicklung geeigneter Strategien für Planung, Durchführung, Überwachung und Controlling innerhalb der Projekte.
- Verantwortung für die Erfassung und Analyse der abteilungsspezifischen KPIs.
- Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten und Dokumentationen.
- Förderung des Change- und Risikomanagements.
- Initiierung und Unterstützung von Entscheidungs- und Eskalationsprozessen.
- Beitrag zum RFQ-Prozess durch die Angabe geschätzter Projektmeilensteine und Erfassung prognostizierter Entwicklungsaufwände.
- Definition und Aktualisierung von Projekten gemäß der Managementstrategie und Detaillierung der Arbeitsstruktur.
- Unterstützung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit relevanter Berufserfahrung in der Automobilzulieferindustrie.
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten, einschließlich der fachübergreifenden Führung von Teams.
- Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in der Hardware- und Softwareentwicklung.
- Professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und internen Partnern sowie überdurchschnittliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Flexibilität, Teamorientierung und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Bereitschaft zu reisen.
