Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and compare bids in the building services engineering sector, engaging in independent negotiations regarding pricing and delivery
  • Manage the negotiation of framework agreements related to materials, subcontractor services, and maintenance
  • Collaborate closely with technical departments and project teams
  • Identify and qualify suitable suppliers from both commercial and technical perspectives
  • Lead the development and enhancement of the purchasing strategy
  • Participate in the ongoing improvement of procurement processes
  • Oversee the procurement cycle and utilize ERP systems effectively
  • Conduct price benchmarking and coordinate initiatives for cost reduction

Candidate Profile:

  • Completed a commercial apprenticeship or relevant degree, with extensive experience in strategic and/or technical purchasing
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with a keen awareness of cost and quality
  • Proficient in MS Office, with excellent numerical understanding and analytical capabilities
  • Well-organized with effective time management skills
  • Proficient in German
