Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring products for our online shops in Germany, France, and Switzerland. You will work closely with our suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing products that meet our quality and pricing standards.
  • Supplier Management: You will work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Order Management: You will be responsible for preparing and managing orders, including coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Performance Analysis: You will analyze supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Management: You will maintain and update product and supplier data in our systems.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our customer service, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: You have a degree in a related field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
  • Experience: You have several years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Skills: You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language: You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Teamwork: You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
