Position Overview
The Project One initiative is revolutionizing operational methodologies across the Intersnack group by standardizing business workflows, supported by a unified IT solution framework. A diverse team of over 100 professionals from more than 20 nationalities is engaged in this transformative project.
The individual in this role will spearhead the deployment of Intersnack's ONE template, which encompasses business processes and the enabling Infor-based IT solutions, across all regions and entities within the Intersnack Group.
The Roll-out Manager for Product Development will collaborate with a team of Roll-out Managers to facilitate the implementation of the template within local organizations, providing support to local teams in Marketing, R&D, and Product Lifecycle Management to achieve designated Go-Live timelines. This role serves as a representative of the headquarters' roll-out team, fostering collaborative solutions between country-specific implementation teams and Group Process Owners.
The Roll-out Manager will assist local teams in adopting the new standardized processes while identifying necessary modifications to the template.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation efforts in the area of Product Development across the Intersnack Group, ensuring alignment with the overall roll-out strategy.
- Facilitate the local adoption of the ONE template, driving harmonization activities in accordance with established standards.
- Guide local teams in transitioning from existing operational practices to the future standardized processes and organizational structures, including new roles and responsibilities.
- Support local implementation teams to achieve timely Go-Live milestones while adhering to project scope and budget constraints.
- Advocate for the Marketing, R&D, and Product Lifecycle Management components of the ONE template to prevent deviations from process or system standards.
- Quickly identify and resolve local challenges to ensure a seamless transition to the live environment.
- Develop Functional Specifications from a business perspective to address gaps in the application of the ONE template within local organizations.
- Empower key personnel within local organizations to facilitate the implementation of the ONE template.
- Assist local experts, including IT specialists, in establishing a robust foundation for Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring compliance with both central and local IT governance policies.
- Document all activities in accordance with project-defined standards, utilizing tools such as JIRA and SharePoint for action tracking, document updates, and workload management.
Scope of Authority
The individual in this role will define, implement, and continuously enhance the realization approach in alignment with the overall program guidelines and in collaboration with Group Process Owners, contributing to the overarching program objectives.
Qualifications
A university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Experience
Approximately 5 to 8 years of professional experience in IT or consulting, with a strong background in the FMCG sector, particularly in food.
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated experience in international template development and roll-out projects related to Product Development.
- Familiarity with Marketing, R&D, and Product Lifecycle Management processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in business transformation and change management.
- Proven track record of working in a multi-country organization, ideally within the Food or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Proactive and positive approach to challenges.
