The thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components business unit is one of the leading automotive suppliers and development partners for highly complex drive technologies. Around 3,500 employees at a total of ten locations in Germany, Liechtenstein, Hungary, China, the USA, Brazil and Mexico produce 27 million drive components per year. The product range mainly comprises assembled camshafts, valve train systems and rotor shafts for state-of-the-art combustion, hybrid and electric engines. Further products for battery electric vehicles are already at an advanced stage of development. With our manufacturing and automation expertise, we make a significant contribution to reducing emissions for sustainable mobility.

**Aufgaben**:

- Responsibility for all issues related to our plant in Jászfényszaru / Hungary
- Further development and implementation a business strategy for the plant in accordance with the specifications
- Ensure a continuous improvement process in regard to quality, throughput times, capital turnover and cost efficiency
- Responsibility for profit and loss as well as site profitability
- Coordination, team building and further development of local managers and employees
- Continuous optimization of working methods and development of operational and administrative processes, taking into account the Group's internal benchmark and the best-practice processes/plants derived from it
- Further development of a strong occupational safety culture to ensure a safe and healthy workplace without accidents
- Maintaining and developing good working relationships with all relevant interfaces, both internally and externally
- Responsibility for the successful operation of the site and adherence to key planning figures, budget and deadlines
- Increasing the attractiveness of the location as an employer in cooperation with the respective specialist departments
- Conducting at least 2 annual employee appraisals for each directly subordinate employee, including salary negotiations

**Profil**:

- Degree in technical/ mechanical study, additional commercial background is an advantage
- Min. 10 years experience in the production environment within the automotive industry; experience abroad is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and strong understanding of finance and performance management principles
- An entrepreneurial mindset with proven organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communications skills and convincing appearance as well as customer-oriented approach complete your profile.
- Your written and spoken English skills are very good, German language skills are advantageous.
