Product Manager Back Office Software

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Back Office Software products for traffic solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the product's success from vision to delivery, ensuring it meets the needs of our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Perform market and competitor analysis to inform product planning and strategy
  • Develop and execute product business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and understand their needs, translating feedback into actionable product enhancements
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure product features are accurately implemented and meet customer expectations
  • Coordinate product release launches, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • Enable and support Sales teams in selling the product, providing market insights and competitive analysis
  • Define product-related services, ensuring a comprehensive customer experience
  • Continuously manage the product lifecycle, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with customer needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in a software environment
  • Background in software development and web technologies, with experience in agile methodologies a plus
  • Experience in creating and implementing digital business models is a plus
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, and conceptual skills, with the ability to drive alignment across technical and business teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to make impactful presentations to stakeholders
  • Self-organized, with a positive attitude towards challenges in the role
  • A willingness to travel internationally on occasion
  • A very good command of English is essential
