Position Overview

We are seeking a Receivables Management Associate (m/w/d) to join our team in Rüsselsheim, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Autonomous processing of outgoing invoices and ensuring accuracy between main and sub-ledgers
  • Prompt recording of incoming payments and management of outstanding accounts receivable
  • Weekly preparation of reminders, collaborating with various departments
  • Issuance of invoices for non-project related services
  • Verification of goods and delivery receipts in relation to invoices
  • Assistance in the preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
  • Internal liaison for general inquiries from different departments
  • Enhancement of accounting processes
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Controlling & Accounting

Candidate Profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent credentials; certification as a professional accountant (m/w/d) is a plus
  • Some experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with accounting standards (IFRS and HGB) is advantageous
  • Proficient in tools and software (MS Office, Microsoft AX/Navision/D365)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when managing large datasets
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
  • Ability to work independently and maintain resilience under pressure
  • Fluent in German with proficient English communication skills
