Senior Manager Project Delivery for QI Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Project Delivery team for Quality Improvement Operations. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of strategic projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall project portfolio, ensuring projects align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Verify project benefits and ensure they are monitored and considered throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead international decision-making meetings, sponsor projects, and represent the QI department in cross-functional meetings.
  • Develop and prioritize a product strategy, focusing on customer benefits and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and other functions to drive project success.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration, with a focus on Logistics or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in leading project teams, with a proven track record of success in Intra-Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring team members across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
