As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from advertising job openings to conducting interviews and assisting hiring managers in securing talent. You will act as the bridge between candidates, HR, and various business units, ensuring a positive candidate journey and effective recruitment practices.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- At least two years of experience in recruitment
- Strong interest in technology and innovation
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Awareness of current recruitment trends
- Proficiency in both German and English
