Your Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from advertising job openings to conducting interviews and assisting hiring managers in securing talent. You will serve as the intermediary between candidates, HR, and various business units, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and effective recruitment processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • At least two years of experience in recruitment
  • A strong interest in technology and innovation
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Awareness of current recruitment trends
  • Proficiency in both German and English
