Responsibilities:
The role emphasizes the identification, development, and retention of content creators within the sports, esports, and gaming sectors.
- Talent Identification: Discovering and evaluating key talents in the industry, assessing their skills and potential.
- Recruitment Strategies: Crafting innovative approaches to attract top-tier talents.
- Development Initiatives: Designing and executing tailored development plans for creators.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluating talent performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Retention Strategies: Implementing effective measures to enhance talent engagement and retention.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with management to set long-term talent management goals.
- Communication Facilitation: Ensuring open lines of communication between talents and leadership.
- Success Metrics: Establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
- Diversity Promotion: Advocating for inclusive practices within the organization.
Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in talent representation.
