Our Talent Portfolio:
We proudly manage the careers of over 417 basketball players, 463 soccer players, 70 esports talents, and more than 100 talents from various disciplines, collectively reaching over 200 million followers on social media.
The role primarily involves the identification, development, and retention of content creators within the sports, esports, and gaming sectors.
- Talent Identification: Discovering and evaluating key talents in the industry, assessing their skills, potential, and performance.
- Recruitment Strategies: Crafting innovative strategies to attract top-tier talents.
- Talent Development: Designing and executing comprehensive development plans for creators.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously assessing talent performance and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Retention Strategies: Implementing effective measures to retain top talents and enhance engagement.
- Strategic Collaboration: Working alongside management to formulate long-term talent management goals aligned with corporate objectives.
- Communication Facilitation: Ensuring open lines of communication between talents and leadership, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
- Success Metrics: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
- Diversity Promotion: Advocating for diversity and inclusion within the organization, ensuring equitable talent management practices.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in talent representation.
- Proven networking skills with a robust professional network.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Experience in creator brand development.
- High social and emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive approach.

Role Overview:
This position offers a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Talent Representation unit, contributing your expertise and insights to enhance our services for talents.
We aim to establish enduring relationships and partnerships that foster the growth of our talents. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the unit and building a strong team, managing budgets, and planning marketing initiatives and events.
