About the Department

Our "Authorization & Access Control" team within the "Identity & Access Management (IAM)" domain is responsible for central solutions related to authorization at Deutsche Bank. By providing these centralized solutions, we ensure compliance and security for our applications. Our international development team manages one of these key solutions (dbLegitimation) and collaborates closely in an agile working environment. The responsibilities within the team include requirements analysis, development, and L3 support. Additionally, we oversee the onboarding of new applications.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will be part of a development team, responsible for the functional analysis of requirements and capturing Epics and User Stories. This is done in close collaboration with various stakeholders (e.g., business units, operations, development team, management).
  • You will create business cases and success stories, as well as management presentations to serve as decision-making templates.
  • Your focus will be on the functional and technical design of requirements, ensuring that their implementation aligns with the architecture.
  • You will act as the primary contact for inquiries from regulators and auditors, coordinating all activities related to our central solution.
  • You will support developers by creating and executing tests and assist various business areas in implementing changes.
Your Skills and Experience
  • A successfully completed degree in an information technology-related field.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on results.
  • Analytical skills and strong communication abilities across all levels of hierarchy.
  • Experience in dealing with regulators and auditors.
  • Technical understanding of the software development lifecycle and associated tools.
  • Prior knowledge in the field of "Identity and Access Management - Authorization" would be advantageous.
